Kindle Books for Travel Guides

I've just started the first of what I hope will be a series of Kindle Books for Travelers

My first one is a Kindle Books Guide to London.
Instead of carrying loads of paperbacks, the best London Guide books are available on Kindle- in the U S A there's already a great choice, and more coming soon to the UK.
Here's my top Kindle Book for London travellers/travelers ( this English English American English thing is so confusing!)

Another purple star- my 5th!

I'm thrilled that one of my favourite lenses, What the heck can I do with celeriac? has got it's very own Purple Star . Celeriac is known as the ugly one, but it is a great vegetable that , although not pretty, has lots of uses.
Use raw and grated in salads, as in celery remoulade- the French know a good thing- or in soups and stews.

Top chefs love celeriac and I've got recipes from Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and lots for for you to enjoy.

New Year, New Lens- the Dyson DC 25 vacuum cleaner

Here's my latest lens A review of the Dyson DC 25 Vacuum cleaner.
If you have the money, this is a great choice I think it's worth paying the extra for.

Traditional Sherry Trifle hits the heights!

A few weeks ago I was hoping that all my lenses together could get 1,000 visits per week.

Traditional sherry trifle has just got 897 visits on its own this week.! Obviously this is just a reflection of the season, but it's fun, and it shows how important the seasonal lenses are- so I'll try to learn that lesson.
It's a delicious recipe, which I'm actually going to make today, 23 December, to have with the family meal on Boxing Day.

Happy Christmas everyone!

Sherry trifle winning hands down!

My Sherry trifle lens is now getting over 250 hits per week- my best ever!
My total visits this week is over 1,300.

This is much higher than ever before, due to seasonal lenses. I wonder if I can keep this up after Christmas?

Enjoy the Boxing Day Holiday

Boxing Day is one of my favourite days of the whole year.

What to you like to do on Boxing Day?

I've written a web page offering lots of ideas about what to do on Boxing Day. If you would like to visit and leave me some more of your own suggestions that would be great.
Here's the link to my Boxing Day events page.

The British Royal Wedding

I just had to start a new Squidoo lens when I heard about The Royal Wedding.
It's very new, and I'll be adding to it over the next few months- or however long it is to the wedding ( the date is not yet announced.
I'm hoping The British Royal Wedding will prove to be a popular lens.
